He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris E. Littell and Marquerite A. Littell (Niesz); his stepson Raymond Baker; his sister-in-law Karen Vowell; and his mother-in-law Lenah Mae Vowell.

He is survived by: his wife Ramona R. Baker (Blunk); his children, Robert Littell II (Betsy) of Mount Gilead, Randall Baker of Orlando, FL. and Monica Heath of Reynoldsburg; his grandchildren, Brittney Baker (Dawn) of Galion, Brooke Baker (Jacob) of Mount Gilead, Hawke Littell of Mount Gilead, Ashley Roub of Galion and Keana Littell of Mount Gilead; his great grandchild Joey Roub; and his sister Marge Fuqua of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
