He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Sr. Partlow and Thelma J. Partlow (Carpenter); his wife June Marie Partlow (McPeek); his brother Stanley E. Partlow; and his nephew Phillip B. Partlow.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Partlow (Shelly) of Mount Gilead, Frederick Baldwin (Shannon) of Edison, Robert III, Robbie and Shawn Partlow; his brother Roger Partlow (Debbie) of Mount Gilead; his grandchildren, Asha, Jordan, Logan, Aryanna and Malachi; and his great grandchild Issla.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glendale Union Cemetery (105 Glendale St, Cardington, OH 43315).
