She is survived by: her spouse Terry Collins; her children, Betty Jo and Mark; and her siblings, Samuel Osborne (Holly), Kelly Osborne, Janice Jennings, Pat Kanagy (Art), Teresa Hummell (Bill) and Judy Smith. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
