He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Eley and Etta Eley (Bolyard); his wife Barbara Eley (Mandeville); his brothers, David Eley, John Eley and Mark Eley; and his stepdaughter Cheryl Mandeville.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Feick (Jeff), Phil Eley (Lorene), Ruth Schryer (Michael) and James Eley (Florence); and his stepdaughter Ann Miller (Levi). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
