He was predeceased by : his father Carlos C. Buckley. He is survived by : his siblings, Michael Buckley (Joseph Buckley) of Upper Sandusky and Karen Kochensparger of Kenton; and his caregivers, Kristen Workman, Emily "Natalie" Hicks and Selina Slagle.
