He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Noon and Nancy L. Noon (Lucas); and his brother Charles Noon. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Kiehl; his daughters, Jennifer Noon of Carey and Amanda Noon; his grandchildren, Jazzlynn and Harlie; and his sister Nancy Jean Noon of North Carolina.
