She was predeceased by : her mother Lora Hunter (Mullholand). She is survived by : her father Thomas Hunter; her stepmother Sharlene Hunter; her brothers, Joe Hunter (Christine) and Jeff Hunter (McKenna); and her nieces, Harper, Hazel, Quinn, Zoe and Lola.

Memorial contributions in Jaclyn's name may be made to Memorial United Methodist Church.

“Oh I’m so sorry to hear this. I hadn’t heard from her in a few days and was so worried this was the case! I never got the privilege to meet Jaclyn in person, we met over social media when she reached out and wanted to help my toddler with diabetic supplies we couldn’t get covered through insurance. She quickly became a dear friend and a true blessing to know. Everyone in my family knows who Jaclyn is and she will be remembered. This world lost a rare and beautiful light!”
