He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Rall and Christine K. Rall (Turney). He is survived by: his spouse Kim Lauck; his children, Brekken Rall, Kendel of Mt. Blanchard and Elyse Rall of Mt. Blanchard; his sister Angela Jones (Adam) of Sunbury; and his nieces, Madalyn and Claire Jones. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
