He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence B. Perkins and Lila Jean Ritter; his siblings, Jim Perkins (Jackie) of Carey, Paul E. Ritter Jr. (Kathy) of Carey, Charles Erhart of Findlay, Dennis Scott Perkins, Willie Ray Perkins of Chillicothe, April Ellis (Rusty) of Leesburg and Ronda Binner (William) of Findlay; his children, Joshua Wade Ritter of Fostoria, Jeremy Joseph Ritter and Jessica Marie Ritter of Findlay; his grandchildren, JeShell, Travis, Devon, Austin, Kaydin, Karmyn, Bryson and Braylah; and his great grandchild Hudson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stombaugh-Batton & Snyder Funeral Home (225 W Findlay St, Carey, OH 43316). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crawford Church (11998 Township Hwy 29, Carey, OH 43316). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery - Carey (1702 OH-199, Carey, OH 43316).
