She was predeceased by: her sister Gail Coppler; and her grandparents, Richard, Mary Jane Kurtz, Russell and Patricia Coppler.

She is survived by: her parents, Bill Coppler and Jennifer Coppler; her sister Anita; her brother-in-law Shane Stechschulte of Glandorf; her brother Zachary; her sister-in-law Kate Coppler of Marion; her nieces and nephews, Bennett, Bronson Stechschulte, Houston and Claire Coppler; her uncle David; her aunt Nancy Kurtz; and her cousins, Tracy Dillion, Sarah Schutt and Kristin Stringfellow.

While the family appreciates all expressions of sympathy, they prefer Laura be honored with memorial donations to the Carey Athletic Boosters.
