She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stock and Mary Stock (Gobrecht); her spouse Thomas Racheter; her son John Racheter; and her brother Jim Stock.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Racheter (Deb), Christina Parks (Jeff) and Bob Racheter (Jody); her grandchildren, Don Yoder (Michelle), Kelley Hall (Nate), Matthew Lykins (Beth), Michelle Moore, Robert Parks, Candice Stevens (Andrew), Jonathon Racheter (Courtney) and Mary Balliet (Cole); her great grandchildren, Mitchel, Tayler, Mia, Emma, Mason, Jayah, Davion, Madison, Kyana, Cayla, Ryder and Zoey; her great great grandchildren, Max and Mia; and her siblings, Belva May and Don Stock.
Memorial contributions may be made in Ruth's honor to the Carey Fire Department or the Carey Athletic Boosters Club.
