He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Helen Palestrant, Louise Williams and James W. Williams; his uncles, Kenneth "Kenny" Palestrant and Lewis D. Hacquard; and his sister-in-law Reneé North.

He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Palestrant; his children, Paige, Victoria "Tori" and Mason Palestrant; his parents, Stuart Palestrant (Lucinda) and Sharon J. Williams; his sister Mary L. Grant (James); his father-in-law Joe North (Grace); and his siblings-in-law, Tara Street (Ron) and Joe North III. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members; and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at Huntington Bank to benefit Jon's children, Paige, Mason, and Tori.
