She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry McCully and Daisy McCully (Maple); her husband Rex; her son Mike; and her siblings, Paul, Frank, Arlene and Evelyn.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Henry (Lynn) of Columbus, Indiana and Pam Busby (Ron) of Carrollton; and her sister Kathy Carr (Paul) of Carrollton. She is also survived by her five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery (670 Cemetery Dr SE, Carrollton, OH 44615).
