He is survived by: his parents, Andrea D. Butream (Brain) and James Allender (Tanya Ohler); his siblings, Justin Allender (Jenna), Ashley Ping (Adam), Cori Allender and Melissa Frazier; his grandparents, Andy "Papa" and Donna "Nana" Bodzak; and his great-grandparent Mary Cicoretti. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
