She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eubanks and Gertrude Viehweger Eubanks; and her former husband Gerard Jellick. She is survived by: her son Ryan Jellick of Carrollton; her stepdaughter Angela Elguindy of Chicago; her grandchildren, Alexis, Evan, Kara and Eric; her daughter-in-law Rachel; Olivia Stone.
