He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Mills and Eileen Harsh Mills; his wife Phyllis; his son Donald Kelch Jr.; and his siblings, Fred, Rex, Joe, Homer, Bill, Earl, Evelyn, Dorothy, Eleanor, Olive and Pauline.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Mills, Shirley Fernandez, Paula Pritchard (Ron), Sudie Yoder (Brad), Lynne Henry (Scott) and Jodie Ille (Rick); and his sisters, Martha Dennis (Glenn) of Mesa, Arizona and Barb Klingaman of Mesa, Arizona. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
