She was predeceased by: her husband Mike "Stick" Harris; her parents, Sue Mihalco and Eugene "Dobie" Mihalco; and her grandparents, Mike, Irene Mihalco, Gayle and Iva Chalfant.
She is survived by: her sons, James Snodgrass (Kelsey) and Christopher Snodgrass; her granddaughter Penelope; her brothers, Rob Mihalco (Donna) and Jim Mihalco; her sister-in-law Judy Giacobbi (Randy); and her pet Brutus.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dodds Funeral Home-Carrollton (129 N Lisbon St, Carrollton, OH 44615). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
While Rhonda loved flowers and spent years creating beauty through her work as a florist, the family knows she would have greatly appreciated donations made in her memory to the Appalachian Hills Pregnancy & Parenting Center, the organization she founded and deeply believed in.
