He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Eick and Helen Eick (Coultrap); and his brother Lloyd "Ed" Eick. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Eick (Cheryl) of Dover, Carol Mough of Martinsburg and Barbara Bell of Anaheim. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
