He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. and Delores; and his siblings, Linda Marshall and Dave Walter. He is survived by: his wife Carol Brumbaugh; his children, Alan and Elise Foltz (Jeff); his granddaughters, Rachel and Megan Foltz; his brother Garry Walter (Mary); and his sister-in-law Shirley Walter.
