He was predeceased by: his mother Saundra Beadnell Parker. He is survived by: his father Donald Parker of Carrollton; his stepmother Flora; his wife Tina; his sons, Thomas Ray Parker of Carrollton and Travis Parker (Chelsey) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Traegan, Tenleigh, Tolin, Owen and Holden; and his stepsister Gina Aston.

In lieu of flowers the family encourages everyone to send donations in Tom's name to the Dellroy Community Fire Department, 5 North Ohio Street, Dellroy, OH 44620.
