He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Herbert Rutledge and Patricia Eick Rutledge; and his sister Alice. He is survived by: his wife Barb Snively; his children, Michele Rutledge, Chris Rutledge (Tessa) and Jason Rutledge (Jami); his grandchildren, Zacary, Edin, Kyle, Tavis, Jazmin and Ariona; and his siblings, Phill Rutledge (Terry), Tom Rutledge (Debbie), Amy and Anne Rutledge.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Hoss's memory to the Carroll County Friendship Center, 100 Kensington Road, Carrollton, OH 44615.
