It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Millhouse Francis in Casstown, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Millhouse and Jennie Millhouse (Bausman); her husband Marvin J. Francis; her son-in-law Douglas McVey; and her siblings, Clyde Millhouse, George Millhouse, Mary Courtaway, Phyllis Dickerson, Beatrice Burton, Ronald Millhouse, Lawrence Millhouse (Scrub) and Andrew Millhouse.

She is survived by : her children, Michael R. Francis of Bowling Green, OH, Ann F. McVey of Bowling Green, OH and Amy J. Goldstein (Philip) of Timnath, CO.; her siblings, Emma Barts (Jan) of Geneseo, ILL and Lowell Millhouse of Brookville, OH.; her grandchildren, Candra Carr (Adam) of Coldwater, MI, Thomas Francis of Decator, GA, Jeff McVey (Tracey) of West Chester, OH, Lindsey Krontz (Andrew) of Bowling Green, OH and Jennie McNier (Howard) of Nashville, TN.; her great grandchildren, Madison, Tyler McVey, Kip, Cole Krontz and Marlow McNier; and her child Especially.
