He was predeceased by: his wife Sherri Brunner (Krawetzki); his son Benjamin Brunner; his parents, Wayne Brunner and Mildred Brunner (Karbler); his sister Beverly; and his siblings-in-law, Joe VanCauwenbergh, Carl Krawetzki and Missi Castleberry.
He is survived by: his sons, Matt Brunner (Jennifer) and Mike Brunner (Jodi); his granddaughters, Melena, Lyla, Haylie, Jordyn and Allie; and his brother-in-law Charlie Krawetzki (Deb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Angels Catholic Church (428 Tiffin Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Castalia Cemetery (407 Bardwell Rd, Castalia, OH 44824).
