She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Warren and Karen Warren (Blakely); and her grandsons, Gage, Brayden and Lucas Scott.
She is survived by: her husband Edward A. Hartley; her daughter Samantha Scott (Brandon) of Bellevue, OH; her grandchildren, Eli Carson and Kylin Rylie Scott; and her siblings, Tania Manner (Joseph) of Erie, MI and Robert Warren (Jamie) of Bellevue, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
