He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathleen; his parents, Oliver Edward Sr. and Josephine Sladek; and his siblings, Helen, Betty, Joseph and Michael.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susanne Vendlinski Gregory (Bernie) and June Sladek (Rick); his grandchildren, Theresa Rose, Bernie Jr. (Shannon), Joe, Jessica (Josh), Anthony (Brooke), Ryan and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Abbey Rose, Layla Rose, Alice, Elyse, Aria June, Cameron, Riley, Elle and Dana; his sister Dorothy Mihok; and his partner's daughters, Trish (John) and Joyce (Robert). He is also survived by his family & friends.
