He was predeceased by : his mother Carolyn Cornett-Lawson (Teague); and his grandparents, Sidney Cornett, Hewil and Evelyn Teague. He is survived by : his father Faran Cornett of Celina, OH; his children, Ashlyn Cornett of Mendon, OH and Carter Cornett of Celina, OH; his sisters, Deanna Lyn Cornett of Harrodsburg, KY and Kimberly Ray Cornett of Louisville, KY; and his grandmother Janice Cornett-Slone of Springfield, KY. He is also survived by extended family which includes numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
