He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Toledo (Jennifer) of Berne, IN, Kristina Mabry (Chad) of Celina, OH, Victoria Cervantes (Brandon Oehlhof) of Spencerville, OH and Samantha Fleck (Eric) of Wabash, OH; and his stepmother Vanessa Wallace of Celina, OH. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews.
