He was predeceased by: his father Robert Roth. He is survived by: his mother Sally Roth (Whited); his wife Lisa Jean Roth (Adams); his children, Brad Secrest (Jessica), Chad Secrest (Jennifer), Carl Roth (Taylor Lautzenheiser), Celina and Alex Roth (Emily); his sister Cheryl Hurley (Don); and his grandchildren, Kyla, Garison, Oliver and CJ.
