Wade (Amy) of Celina and Connie Wade (James Minnick) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Erin, Matthew, Ashley, Derek, Haley and Adam; her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Braxton, Brock, Addison, Grayson, Jackson of Evelyn, MJ and Liam; her sisters, Kathleen Bruggman of Wapakoneta and Judy Thompson of Rockford; her brother-in-law Alex Kuzmyn of St. Marys; and her close friend Doug Vannette (Becky) of St. Marys.
