Betty L. Powell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty L. Powell of Celina, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville L. Highley and Leona A. Highley (Hatfield); her brother Robert Highley; and her sister-in-law Patricia Highley. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry W. Powell; her children, Thomas L. Powell (Brenda) of Celina, Linda S. Story (Richard K.) of St. Paris, Rhonda E. Powell (Paul Agnello) of Columbus and Doris A. Metz (Gerald A.) of Maumee; her brother James Highley (Georgia) of Celina; her siblings-in-law, Bill Powell of Portland and Lois Jean Powell of Rockford; and her grandchildren, Melanie Runkle (Todd) of Wooster, Brian Powell (Stacy), Cynthia Voisard (Rodd) of Coldwater, Melissa Powell of Celina, Sarah Owens (Dyrs) of Elkhart, Rachel Rogan (Thomas) of Marysville, Sydney Agnello (Chad Spisz) of Columbus, Kyle Metz (Rachel) of Columbus, Katie Butsko (Nicholas) of Columbus and Kurt Metz of Broomfield, Colorado. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
