He was predeceased by: his parents, Jethrow Tuttle and Catherine Tuttle (Lanning); and his sister Denise Tuttle. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Tuttle (Cora) of Coolville, OH, Christy Tuttle of Toledo, OH and Billy A. Tuttle, Jr. of Toledo, OH; his brothers, Jeff Tuttle (Julie) of St. Marys, OH and Matt Tuttle (Megan) of Van Wert, OH; and his former wife Carol Freeman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, a large extended family consisting of aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
