He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Powell and Marie Powell (Froning); his siblings, Dorothy Puthoff, John Powell, Gene Powell and Mike Powell; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey "Turk" Kremer.
He is survived by: his significant other Tina Powell of Celina, OH; his daughter Kalista Powell (Aaron Chapman) of St. Marys, OH; his stepchildren, Greg Hall (Abby Knapke) of Celina, OH and Christina Weitz (Tyler) of Celina, OH; his siblings, Dennis Powell (Jennifer) of Columbus, OH, Larry Powell of Celina, OH, Lisa Kremer-Kennedy (Kevin Kennedy) of Coldwater, OH, Lora Wellman (Roger) of Coldwater, OH and Sandi Feltz (Dan) of Coldwater, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Puthoff of Chickasaw, OH, Wanda Powell of Celina, OH and Kathy Powell of Celina, OH.. He is also survived by step-son.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home (314 W High St, St Marys, OH 45885). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to his family to assist with final expenses.
