We are sad to announce that, on July 7, 2022, at the age of 83, Carol J. Allen of Celina, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Fetters; and her husband Hubert Lee Allen. She is survived by: her children, Michael Allen (Nancy) and Connie Sue Allen; and her granddaughter Ashley Allen of Celina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
