He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Zumberge (Cheryl) of Celina, Theresa Zumberge of St. Marys and Jennifer Zumberge (David Brown) of Celina; his sister-in-law Virginia "Ginny" Zumberge of Celina; his nieces and nephews, Jason Hines (Emily) of Celina, Heather Zumberge-Powalski (Steve) of Loveland, Jacqueline Zumberge (Jeffry Bertke), Brooke Zumberge (Jacob Archer) of Celina, Janelle Homan (Joey) of Springboro and Deb Trost (Dustin) of Pleasant Hill; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Alyssa, Aiden, Andrew Hines, McKenna, Harley Powalski, Corah Bertke, Mahllie, Maddox Elking, William Archer, Mikayla Kinser, Zoey Homan, Celine Nicodemus, Dylan and Dawson Trost; Liam Miller and Jaxton Hines.
