She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight "Jack" Laffin and Minnie Laffin (Brehm); her husband Robert "Cookie" Cook; her son-in-law Thomas Eskew; her siblings, Jannis Fisher Osterloh, Darrel "Doc" Laffin and Dennis Laffin; and her in-laws, Grant Sr., Lena Cook (Snyder), Rosalyn Cook, Grant Jr., Betty Cook, Denny "Mike" Cook, Carl, Dorothy Cook, William "Clark" Cook, Don Cook, Kathryn, Robert Crider, Benjamin Cook, Dale Fisher and Jack Conley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Eskew of Dayton, OH, Teresa Fleck (Dave) of Cumming, GA and Michelle Homan (Rob) of Maria Stein, OH; her grandchildren, Olivia Thomas (Michael) of Durham, NC, Isaiah Fleck (Blair) of Fayetteville, NC, Sophia Homan of Maria Stein and Spencer Homan (Emily) of McCartyville, OH; her great grandchildren, Eliana, Mariana Thomas, Stella, Cecilia and Baby Boy Fleck; her sister Trude Laffin of Celina; and her in-laws, Dan Osterloh of Celina, Pam Laffin of Celina, Gloria Laffin of Rockford, OH, Sally Conley Wannemacher (John) of Troy, OH, Rebecca Dumbauld (Dan) of Zionsville, IN, Elizabeth Frushour of Bowling Green, OH, Mary Alice Cook of Sidney, OH, Sharon Cook of Columbus, OH, Jean Cook of Dothan, AL and Cathy Cook of Napoleon, OH. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
