He was predeceased by : his mother Joan Eckstein (Everman); and his nephew Christopher. He is survived by : his father Eugene Eckstein of Coldwater; his son Kyle Eckstein of Celina; his in-laws, Ken Eckstein, Steve Greenwell of Lakewood, Don Eckstein of Coldwater, Ann, Tony Birkmeyer of Celina, Jim, Janet Eckstein of Coldwater, Brian and Karla Eckstein of Chickasaw; his nieces and nephews, Andrea, Garrett Saul, Kara, Cole Andromalos, Brad Eckstein (Elaine Luong), Emma, Lydia Eckstein, Nora, Nolan, Mya and Marcus Eckstein; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Irena, Theodore, Quinn and Eden Saul; and his brother Mark.

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home (715 E Main St, Coldwater, OH 45883). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
