He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bruns and Rosemary Bruns (Youngs); his wife Carol Bruns (Morgan); and his brothers, Dave Bruns and Doug Bruns.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Bruns of Wapakoneta and Michelle Clinehens (Chet) of Maplewood, Ohio; his granddaughter Callie Clinehens; his stepson Stephen Morgan (Melissa) of Celina, Ohio.; his stepgrandchildren, Mikayla Homan (Morgan) and Makenna Morgan; his close friend Tawnnie Litteral; Shotzee.

Memorial contributions may be made to Interim HealthCare of Lima, in gratitude for the care and compassion they provided.
