He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell G. Puthoff and Vinola Puthoff (Hemmelgarn); and his brothers, Daniel Puthoff and Johnny Puthoff. He is survived by: his children, Jim Puthoff (Mary) of Celina and Cindy Moorman (Tony) of Philothea; his grandchildren, Dylan Long, Ilea Puthoff, Mackenzie Puthoff, Piper Puthoff, Andrew Moorman, Russell Moorman and William Moorman; his sisters, Jeanette Puthoff of Kissimmee, Denise Laux (Ted) and Diana Moran (Keith); and his sister-in-law Rita Puthoff of Celina.
