She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Smalley and Norma Jean Smalley (Guyer); her siblings, Teresa Hoffman and Dickie Smalley; and her grandson Jake Helmlinger.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Beams; her children, T. J. Underhill (Dan) of Indian Land, SC, Traci Beams of Powell, Ohio, Tricia Helmlinger (Jess) of Delaware, Ohio and John Beams (Ashley) of Hilliard, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Tyson, Luke, Ella, Jack, Parker, Amelia and Liam; her siblings, Sandy Zeller of Celina, Ohio, Cindy Acheson of St. Petersburg, FL and Tammy Blackman of Johnston; her brothers-in-law, Jeff Acheson and Don Zeller; and her aunt Phyllis Mendenhall of Defiance, Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
