He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Mescher of Celina, Robert "Bob" Brock (Megan) of Piney Flats, Tennessee and Ryan Brock of Hopatcong; his grandchildren, Kyle Balthis (Jessica), Callie Mescher (Bryan Neal), Kate Brock and Will Brock; his great grandchildren, Myles, Wade, Theo and Blair Balthis; his sisters, Betty Crimble of Paris and Nancy Wallace of Celina; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Wicker (Angie) of St. Marys, Peg Meiring (Gary) of Minster, Terry Wicker (Kris) of Florida, Jay Wicker of Lima, Lana Wicker of St. Marys and Karen Wicker of St. Marys. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
