She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Latimer (Randy) of Wapakoneta, Mitchell Rutter (Kathy) of Van Wert, Michael Rutter (Kelli) of Celina and Brian Rutter of Saint Marys. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the American Heart Association.
