With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doug Smith of Celina, Ohio, who passed away on July 11, 2023 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Smith (Leist); his children, Payton Nicole Smith of Celina and Carly Sue Smith of Celina; his parents, John W. Smith and Carolyn Sue Smith (Adams); his brothers, Andy Smith (Holly), Clint Smith and Dan Smith (Lisa); his father-in-law James Leist (Sandra); and his brothers-in-law, Doug Leist (Michelle), Dave Leist (Shana) and Rev. Jason (Sarah). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Doug's family for his daughter's college funds.
