He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Houts and Esta Houts (Now); his siblings, John Houts, Dale Houts, Calvin Houts, Lucille Hamilton, Ruth Raudabaugh and Velone Kable; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Hamilton, Don Kable, Don Raudabaugh, Helen Houts, Marjorie Brown Stephenson and Ruth Houts-Turner.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Houts (Beth), Christopher Houts (Vickie) and Mark Houts; his grandchildren, Michael Houts (Courtney), Bethany Eckard (Chad), Emily Meyers (Rob), Laura Leeman (Rick), Brian Houts (Melanie), Ethan Houts (Rebecca), Erinn Young (Weston), Olivia Houts, Seth Houts (Tessa) and Margaret Houts; his great grandchildren, Cana, Elin, Abram, Gwenyth and Jeb Eckard; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Roman, Josephine, Phoebe Meyers, Shepherd, Rachel Leeman, Elizabeth, Owen Poulton, Timothy Houts, Isaac, Elijah, Luke, Benjamin Houts, William Young, Jack, Henry Keener, Calvin and Garrett Houts; his siblings-in-law, Chester Stephenson and Wilma Houts; and his son Timothy. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
