He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Hoffman and Jessie Hoffman (Bolenbaugh); his mother-in-law Doris M. Hoffman (Garwood); his children, Larry Hoffman and Tammy Hoffman; and his son-in-law Jim Klingler.
He is survived by : his children, Linda Klingler and Rick Hoffman (Linda); his daughter-in-law Judy Hoffman; and his sister Gladys Agler. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
