Ballinger of Celina, Ohio, born in Rockford, Ohio, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Rutledge and Zella Rutledge (Pond); her husband J. William "Bill" Ballinger; her daughter Sue Ann Ballinger; her son-in-law Rick Harner; her grandson Kayden Coutee; her brother-in-law Robert Ballinger (Marilyn); and her siblings, Dorothy, Arthur, Keith, Phyllis, Ruth and Gene.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Ballinger (Nancy) and Linda Harner of Celina; her grandchildren, Brian Ballinger, Susan Gray, Aaron Ballinger, Nathan Hans, Kyle Ballinger, Jonathan Ballinger, Collin Schmidt and Alysha Ford; her great grandchildren, Makaela Coutee, James Gray Jr., Annsley Ballinger, Jace Ballinger, Dale Ford Jr. and Rylie Ford; and her great great grandchildren, Maddox and Phoenix. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
