He was predeceased by: his father Paul Dresser; and his siblings, Paul Belcher, Jr., Robert Belcher, Betty Messner and Donna Kline.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn R. Belcher (Ayers); his children, Cynthia Morgan (David), Celina, Todd (Tracy), Virginia and Tracy Hill; and his grandson Remington Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
