He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Baumgartner; his children, Rick Rutledge, Robert Rutledge (Tonya), Rhonda Jones of Rockford, Ohio, Kimberlee Dailey of Rockford, Ohio and Jeanene Guitierrez of Rockford, Ohio; his brother Bill Rutledge of Piqua, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Rutledge of Celina, Becky Archer (Gary) of Decatur, Indiana and Rose Myers (Larry) of Decatur, Indiana. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
