He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Stein and Hazel Stein (Pearson). He is survived by: his wife Mary Stein (Decker); his children, Laurie Stein of Celina, Jeff Stein (Mary) of Celina and Doug Stein (Lisa) of Celina; his grandchildren, Kaytie Kelley (Tim), Kelsey Rutschilling (Erik), Kyle Stein, Becca Stein, Zach Stein, Kristi Stein, Clay Stein and Trisha Stein; and his great grandchild Kamy Regedanz. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cisco Funeral Home (6921 State Rte 703, Celina, OH 45822).
