We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2022, at the age of 91, Jerry W. Powell of Celina, Ohio, born in Washington Township, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Powell and Luetta Powell (Curless); and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Roger, Jack (Wright Powell), Hope Stein, Mary Jane Wurster, Violet Shirk, Joanne Hellwarth Jutte, Delilah Beams and Mabel Ellis.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas L. Powell (Brenda S.) of Celina, Linda S. Story (Richard K.) of St. Paris, Rhonda E. Powell (Paul A. Agnello) of Columbus and Doris A. Metz (Gerald A.) of Maumee; his brother Bill Powell of Portland, IN; his siblings-in-law, Lois Jean Powell of Rockford and James Highley (Georgia) of Celina; and his grandchildren, Melanie Runkle (Todd) of Wooster, Brian Powell (Stacy), Cynthia Voisard (Rodd) of Coldwater, Melissa Powell of Celina, Sarah Owens (Dyrs) of Elkhart, IN, Rachel Rogan (Thomas) of Marysville, Sydney Agnello (Chad Spisz) of Columbus, Kyle Metz (Rachel) of Columbus, Katie Butsko (Nickolas) of Columbus and Kurt Metz of Broomfield, CO. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
