It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Rickard (Celina, Ohio), born in Ohio City, Ohio, who passed away on February 27, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sisters, Alice Heiby of Celina and Joanne Waterman of Ohio City; his nieces and nephews, Greg Waterman (Ellen) of Ohio City, Steve Waterman (Gloria) of Rockford, Rhonda Overman (Mike) and Jane Heiby; his brothers-in-law, Glenn Heiby and Bud Waterman; and his nephew Brian Waterman. He is also survived by nephew and five great nieces.
